Lincoln 82 Risk Advisory
Privacy Policy
Effective October 22, 2026 | Version 6.0
1. Who We Are
Lincoln 82 Risk Advisory is a security advisory firm operating under Lincoln 82 Enterprises LLC, an Ohio limited liability company located in Loveland, Ohio. We provide residential security, executive and family travel risk, and small-business security advisory services to individuals, families, and small-business owners.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information you provide to us through our website inquiry form, our intake forms and questionnaires, and direct communications with us.
Our website serves a single purpose. It presents information about our services and allows you to submit an inquiry. It does not host an account portal, a payment page, or a client file area, and we do not upload any client engagement material to it. Information you submit through the inquiry form is delivered to us and is handled under this Policy from the moment we receive it.
This Policy is provided to you at the point of collection and on request. It is also posted on our website at lincoln82riskadvisory.com/privacy. A notice at our inquiry form identifies this Policy and tells you how to obtain it. We also include the current version with your engagement documents. You may request a copy at any time using the contact information in Section 12, and we will send it before you provide any further information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and any message content you choose to include, submitted through our website inquiry form, by email, or by telephone
- Information provided in service questionnaires, including details about your residence, travel plans, or business operations
- Photos, documents, or site materials you voluntarily submit to support your engagement
- Payment information is processed through our third-party payment processor, Square. Lincoln 82 does not store your payment card details.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical records. You are advised not to include such information in any form submission, email, or document sent to Lincoln 82.
3. Information About Minors Collected Through Engaged Adults
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly accept minors as clients. However, certain engagements (such as our Family and Teen Travel Risk tier) involve the collection of information about minor children whose parent or legal guardian has engaged us as the contracting client. In those engagements:
- The parent or legal guardian is the contracting client and bears responsibility for the disclosure of the minor's information
- Information about the minor (such as travel plans, ages, and itineraries) is used solely for the purpose of preparing the advisory deliverable for the engaging adult
- Information about minors is held to the same retention, security, and confidentiality standards as other client information
- The minor's information will not be used for marketing, will not be sold or shared, and will be securely destroyed at the end of the standard retention period
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Deliver the advisory services you have engaged us to perform
- Communicate with you regarding your engagement, scheduling, and deliverables
- Send you documents, reports, or follow-up materials related to your engagement
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.
5. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Client information is stored within our internal business systems, including Microsoft 365 and OneDrive, with the following protective measures:
- Encryption at rest for stored files and communications
- Multi-factor authentication on all accounts with access to client information
- Access restrictions limiting visibility of client information to authorized personnel only
- Audit logging of access to and modification of client records
- Regular review of access controls and security configuration
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we take your privacy seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us electronically.
Engagement files are retained for a period of three years following the close of an engagement, after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active legal matter.
6. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a confirmed unauthorized access to, acquisition of, or disclosure of personal information you have provided to Lincoln 82, we will notify you in writing without undue delay, and in any case within seventy-two hours of confirming the incident, with available information about the nature and scope of the incident, the categories of information involved, the steps we have taken or are taking in response, and any recommended steps you may take to protect yourself.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party platforms in the delivery of our services:
- Square for payment processing
- Microsoft Forms for client questionnaires
- Microsoft Bookings for appointment scheduling
- DocuSign or equivalent for electronic document execution
- Lovable for hosting our website, and Formspree for processing our website inquiry form. Inquiry submissions are delivered to our Microsoft 365 email. We do not store client engagement material on either platform.
Each of these platforms maintains its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies independently. Lincoln 82 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

By submitting information to Lincoln 82, you acknowledge that your information will be processed and stored in the United States, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable Ohio law. 11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The Effective Date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. When we revise this Policy, we post the revised version on our website with a new Effective Date, and we do not rely on posting alone to give you notice of a material change.
If you have an active engagement with us when a material change takes effect, we will send you the revised Policy by email. If you have submitted an inquiry but have not yet engaged us, the version in effect when you submitted your inquiry governs that information until you receive a revised copy. You may request the current version at any time.
We retain each superseded version of this Policy with its effective date so we can identify which version applied to your information at any given time.
