Each engagement starts with a conversation and ends with documented findings. The work in between is agreed before it begins.

Free 30-minute consultation
Discuss what prompted your inquiry, the property or trip involved and what you want to understand. Joe will ask about your concerns, existing measures and timing.

Agreement and deposit
Scope and delivery are set out in a written agreement with electronic signature. A 50 percent deposit is paid through Square. These arrangements take place directly after the consultation, not on this website.

Questionnaire
A detailed questionnaire arrives after the deposit clears. Your answers give the assessment its context.

The assessment
For residential and small business work, Joe visits the Ohio property. For travel work, he prepares a destination brief and reviews the itinerary remotely.

Delivery and review
The four-part written report includes an internal advisor note, executive summary, full report and prioritized action plan. A review call provides time to discuss the findings and recommendations.
Scheduling and delivery
Standard scheduling and delivery timelines are confirmed during the consultation and recorded in the agreement. Expedited delivery is available by arrangement.
